Executive Chef Julien Falzoi and his team have prepared a special Valentine’s Day Dinner Menu to help make your romantic escape extra special.
On Saturday February 14, 2015 from 6pm until 11pm at the restaurant- Chez Gaston, our team will be serving a special dinner menu dedicated to the celebration of the most romantic day of the year. The holiday feast will start off with chilled asparagus soup, poached quail egg and will continue with the delicious Rock shrimp Mascarpone cheese Risotto with Lobster claw tempura. To add on to this mouthwatering menu, we have included a port wine poached baby pear, with watermelon mojito, Hawaiian sea salt. For the main course our Executive chef has decided on infused anis rolled lemon sole, crushed sweet pea Porcini rubbed seared Filet with truffle Yukon gold mash, port wine sauce. Last but not least on this exclusive holiday menu is our specially prepared cherry mousse on almond biscuit, rose and grapefruit coulis.
This special Valentine’s Day Dinner and an extra special experience will be extended to our guests at the restaurant for the price of $76 per person plus tax and gratuity. Reservations for this special evening are recommended and can be made through our OpenTable Profile or by calling the hotel directly. In the duration of the evening our regular a la carte dinner menu for Chez Gaston will also be offered, if you would like to order anything different than what is included in our special Valentine’s Day Dinner Menu.
